The Warriors defeated Albany twice. Quercia's goal with 3:21 left in the second period turned out to be the winner in a 3-1 decision; and Lorusso and Suny shared a shutout and McGrail scored the only goal needed in the second period of a 3-0 win.

Gallagher, who also had an assist, scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period as the Blazers beat Albany, 3-2 - and Gallagher and Lester both scored twice, Quinn had a goal and an assist and Milbury two assists in a 6-2 victory, with Andrew Clifford assisting on both Albany goals; Garrett Young started the scoring midway through the first period, seven different Warriors scored and Ryan St. Jean and Kenny Hodge shared a 7-0 shutout win over Albany - and Shane O'Leary scored twice and Young scored what turned out to be the winner midway through the second period of a 3-2 victory over the Avalanche.
