The Monarchs had a win and a tie (along with a loss), defeating Seacoast, 3-0, and tying the Blazers 1-1;

Tyler Assetta scored with 1:46 left to give the Avalanche a 3-3 tie with The Rangers Selects - Tom Pitts with two goals for the Avs; No. 27’s second goal of the game, with 7:06 left, gave Seacoast a 3-3 tie with the Vipers, who got a goal and an assist from Chris Gillen; Berrier scored twice in Assabet’s 7-4 victory over the Rangers Selects, who got two goals and an assist from Tom Sullivan; and Ryan Verrier snapped a 2-2 tie with 10:18 left and the Rangers Elites went on to a 4-2 win over the Monarchs, who got assists on both goals from Matt Quercia.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Tyler Assetta, Avalanche

In the only game, Brett Rahbany, who also had an assist, with two minutes left to give the Wizards a 5-4 victory over the Warriors - David Bartkus with two goals, Dylan Arnold a goal and an assist and Zachary Janfaza two assists in the win and No. 2 with a goal and an assist in the loss.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Brett Rahnaby, Wizards

The Avalanche won twice. Eamon Silvia-Chandley scored one goal and assisted on three others, Cody Sullivan scored twice and had an assist, Seth Stadheim posted a goal and an assist and Ryan Waring two assists in a 5-2 victory over the Vipers, who got 1-1-2 from Mike Barletta - and Silvia-Chandley, who also had an assist, scored with 11:43 left to give the Avs a 3-2 decision over the Rangers, who got both goals from Kulbis-Marino (No. 8) and assists on both from the other Kulbis-Marino;

In the other game, Kenny Hodge and Ryan St. Clair shared the shutout and Eric Lester scored in the first period as the Warriors edged the Rangers, 1-0.

In the only game, Sarni and Costanzo both had a goal and an assist as the Vipers nipped the Rangers, 3-1.


Thibodeau scored twice in the third period, delivering the winner with 6:58 left, Alberti had a goal and two assists and Vinal two assists as the Rangers topped the Wizards, 5-3 - Henry Burnham with 1-1-2 in the loss; and the Sharks topped the Vipers, 8-3.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Thibodeau, Rangers

Assabet beat the Monarchs twice and the Avalanche downed the ’05 Selects twice. Owen Layton scored one goal and assisted on four others, Henry Cohen scored four goals, CJ O’Brien also wore a hat, adding an assist, Landan Resendes had four assists, AJ Bongiorno posted two goals and an assist, No. 30 also had three assists, Matt Welch had 1-1-2 and Tommy Eaton pitched a shutout in Assabet’s big win over the Monarchs - and Cohen and Resendes both had 2-1-3 in a 5-1 victory; Ben Zeichick and Ryan Murray scored 38 seconds apart and Parker Burgess followed 1:36 later, scoring the winner with 9:39 left as the Avs nipped the Advantage, 5-3, Jacob Musgrave with two goals in the win while Connor Finn and Nick Perinola both had 1-1-2 in the loss - and Burgess wore the hat in a 5-1 triumph.
