Seacoast won both games. Turgeon scored two goals and set up another, Tully also scored twice, C. Toohey had a goal and an assist, Michaud posted two assists and Adamopolous pitched a shutout in a 7-0 victory over the Vipers - and the Spartans edged the Avalanche, 2-1.



Jay Gallagher had a goal and two assists and Alex Gianelli scored twice as the Rangers downed the Avalanche, 6-1; Jakob Verreault’s second goal of the game, with 2:37 left, gave Seacoast a 5-5 tie with Vipers White - Jack Norton with two goals and Aaron Garrison a goal and an assists for the Spartans, while the Vipers took the lead on LaPiana’s second goal, with 3:02 left, McCarthy with two goals and an assist; Matt Quercia scored one goal and set up two others and Alex Passafiume and Matt Fuller each had 1-1-2 as the Monarchs stopped Vipers White, 7-2 - LaPiana with both goals and Manfredi assists on both in the loss; and Fiore Luciano was in goal for the Monarchs and Joe Benedetto and Jacob Burhans for Vipers Green in a 0-0 tie.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: LaPiana, Vipers White


The Wizards and Seacoast both won a game and tied each other. Sean Dynan and Cam McKennitt combined on a shutout and Justin Alves ended the combined shutout bid of Nevin Tardif and Curtis Wirbel with 2:17 left as the Wizards got by the Avalanche, 2-0; No. 20 posted 2-1-3, Sam Stone had 1-1-2 and Max Mackay also scored twice as Seacoast’s 7-3 win over the Monarchs - and Corbin Cashman scored the tying goal with 5:14 left and Stone set up three scores as Seacoast pulled out a 4-4 tie with the Wizards, who went ahead on Peter Scheschareg’s second of the game 42 seconds before Cashman re-tied it and also got two goals from John Copeland and two assists from Tom Albert;

Chris Lattini scored one goal and set up three others and Mike Cooper scored twice as the Warriors downed the Vipers, 5-3 - Sal Costanzo and Mike Gillis with two assists apiece in the loss; Alex Dalton scored twice and Dave Peterson and Rob Tibbets both posted two assists as the Rangers edged the Vipers, 4-3; Tom Brassil pitched the shutout and Dante Goldner scored in the second period as the Monarchs edged the Rangers, 5-3; and Cann scored twice and Tibbets had 1-1-2 in the Vipers’ 5-2 victory over the Warriors.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Sam Stone, Seacoast


Seacoast went 2-1, splitting a pair of 3-1 decision with the Glades. Cole Hernon had a goal and an assist, Tyler Harvey set up two goals and Raphael Gaughan and Matt Bouldin lost a combined shutout when Townley scored with 1:24 left in Seacoast’s 3-1 win over the Glades; Hamilton posted 1-1-2 in Vermont’s 3-1 win - and Sean Brown scored twice and the Seacoast goalies lost a shutout when Matt Tighe scored with 1:44 left in the Spartans’ 3-1 win over the Rangers;

In the other game, Eric Lester’s second goal of the game, with one second left in the second period turned out to be the winner as the Warriors nipped the Wizards,4-3.

The Glades beat the Avalanche twice and tied the Rangers twice and the Titans beat the Blazers twice. Connor Guyette scored with 32 seconds left as the Glades edged the Avalanche, 2-1; Connor Wood and Guyette scored and Tyler Laroche pitched a shutout in a 2-0 victory over the Avs; Guyette scored in the second period to give Vermont a 1-1 tie with the Rangers, who got an early goal from Jared Tattersoll - and Tattersoll scored the tying goal with 3:44 left and Joe Barbieri had a goal and two assists as the Rangers tied the Glades, 4-4, Guyette scoring two of Vermont’s four goals in the second period; Brent Lambright wore the hat, Matt Carlson scored twice and Jack O’Flynn had two assists in the Titan’s 7-1 win over Boch - and Jake Sternbach scored the winner with 8:55 and Hunter Perreault and Connor Carroll both had 1-1-2 in a 302 decision over the Blazers;

Bradford pitched a shutout and O’Neill scored with 11:17 left as the Advantage edged the Avs, 1-0; and No. 98 scored the winner with 10:56 left, Travis Marchand clicked for two goals and an assist and Shane White two assists as the Cyclones nipped the Wizards, 4-3 - Joe Scolaro tying the game for the Wizards 29 seconds before the Cyclones’ winner.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Connor Guyette, Glades


The Sharks won three games, two against the Titans, and the Blazers and Advantage White captured two apiece. Noah Beaupre and Tommy Rembiszewski (1-1-2) scored 30 seconds apart late and Matt Myers had a goal and an assist as the Sharks nipped the Titans, 4-2, Grant Rice with both goals in the loss; Mitch Proudhomme had 2-1-3 in a 5-2 win over the Titans - and the Sharks topped the Rangers, 4-0; Gomes had 2-1-3 and Hutchinson 1-1-2 and the Blazers defeated the Wizards, 5-1 - and Gover had 1-2-3, Rooney and Grimes each had 1-1-2 and Thorndike two assists in a 6-3 victory over the Warriors, who got two goals from Zachary McKennelley, 1-1-2 from Julian Yang and two assists from Pat Moran; Advantage White edged the Warriors, 3-2 - and defeated Advantage Black, 4-1 (missing game sheets);

In the other games, Advantage Black topped the Rangers, 6-1.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mitch Proudhomme, Blazers


The Wizards defeated the Glades twice. Brendan Gorman and Matt Fusco both wore hats and had an assist, Ethan O’Neill posted a goal and two assists and Mike Dunning set up three goals in an 8-2 win - and Fusco and Joe Borelli both wore hats, Gorman scored twice and Dom Hall had two assists in a 10-3 triumph;

Gavin Kiley and Lucas Canelli shared a shutout and Seamus Cummings scored in the second period as the Warriors edged the Vipers, 1-0; Brady scored twice and Canavan had 1-1-2 in Assabet’s 3-2 decision over the ’03 Avalanche, who got 1-1-2 from Cam Higham; and Nolan Sauer set up three goals, Ryan Leighton scored twice and Cooper Flinton, Alex Forward and Mike Durkin all delivered 1-1-2 as the ’03 Avalanche downed the ’04 Avalanche, 8-1.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Matt Fusco, Wizards


Assabet and the Sharks both won twice. Robert Cohen wore the hat, Andrew Welch had a goal and two assists and Dane Carter and Tom Argento also had two assists as Assabet topped the Wizards, 6-2, Bennett MacDonald with 1-1-2 in the loss - and Mike Clute scored the winner with 1:08 left, Argento and Welch both had two assists and the Patriots scored four times in the third period for a 5-4 decision over Seacoast; Paul Melo pitched a shutout and Sam Miele scored in the second period as the Sharks topped the Rangers, 2-0 - and Miele delivered 1-2-3, Matt Kursonis and Brady Sawyer each had 1-1-2 and Evan Thibeault two assists in a 6-2 victory over the Monarchs;

Liam Chapman wore the hat and had an assist and Brady Watts 1-1-2 as the Monarchs defeated the Warriors, 6-3; the Advantage edged the Warriors, 3-2; and Seacoast outscored the Advantage, 8-7.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Sam Miele, Sharks


Ice Den had a win and a tie, defeating the Advantage, 3-1 - and getting a second-period goal from Jackson Burke to pull out a 1-1 tie with Assabet, which got a first-period goal from Matt Meade;

Tyler Curtis scored twice in the Titan’s a 4-1 win over the Advantage; and Emerson Marshall’s second goal of the game, with 1:59 left, gave the Stars a 5-5 tie with the Chiefs, who got two goals from Taylor Bruno and 1-1-2 from Joe Bucci.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Emerson Marshall, Stars


West Rivers beat the Stars in both games. Mike Maloney’s second goal of the game, with 5:39 left, was the winner and Noah Bless wore the hat in a 5-4 decision over the Stars, who got two goals and an assist from McGonagle - and Maloney scored five goals and Gavin Urnsk also wore a hat, adding an assist, in a big win, D’Antona wearing the hat for the Stars.
